Journey So Far

2015

The journey began in the aftermath of the Nepal Earthquake. Amid destruction and human suffering, we stepped into relief work. What started as a response to crisis became a calling to serve.

2016

Vidiyal Medical Mission was officially registered as an NGO. A vision was formed—to provide compassionate, need-based care beyond hospital settings, especially for those who are often left behind

2021

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we actively supported frontline efforts in Madurai and collaborated with several NGOs. From patient care to coordination, we stood firm during one of the most challenging healthcare crises.

2023

We strengthened our mission by associating with SEEDS Palliative Care, deepening our focus on pain relief, dignity, and holistic palliative care.

2025

A major milestone: establishment of our dedicated office in Tenkasi for pain and palliative care services—bringing structured, accessible care closer to the community.

2026

In 2026, we launched a Patient Counselling Center in Tirunelveli, which also functions as a palliative care hub and a storage unit for essential materials required by needy patients, providing emotional, psychological, and treatment guidance services.

Our Vision

Our vision is to make accessible, respectful, and compassionate health care a reality for every life.

Our Mission

“Compassionate care at every doorstep—supporting recovery, dignity, and comfort through every stage of life, including hospice and end-of-life care.”

Our Values

To deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and professionals in advisory, counselling, and IT, upholding the highest ethical standards, respecting patient rights and team contributions, ensuring transparency with donors and families, and responsibly stewarding resources to promote dignity, accessibility, and quality of life.
